DETAILS
Samata School already has a suitable room for the dedicated science classroom, equipment however is limited to one glass jar and half a dozen spatulas, prongs and little else other than some new wall charts purchased by recent volunteers to the School.
Samata School has requested help in providing the materials such as furniture, specialist science teaching aids and equipment with which students can extend their knowledge and develop their practical skills by conducting experiments. Some books and further display material are also needed.
By providing this material the school will be able to build on its already formidable reputation for success and enhance the educational content of its curriculum, providing students with the experience they will need if they are to succeed in further education.
Samata School, School in the Bouhda, Jorpati District, Kathmandu, provides quality education for at least 2000 children of poor backgrounds as well as providing residential facilities to a number of orphaned children at its own expense.
